Things to think about before calling AngelFood

When planning an event, you may not have all the answers, but this primer will walk you through the important basics.

1.  Date Selection:    Have a potential date in mind. Our calendar fills quickly and we often book 6 months in advance (or more).  Advance notice is important (especially for new clients) in order to secure your menu, contract and date. That being said, if you have little advance notice, we will still be happy to speak with you.

2. Estimated headcount Number and ages of children and number of adult guests invited to your event

3. Event Theme and Logistics :   Are you celebrating a special event?  Where will the event be?   Are there any special logistics to consider? AngelFood prefers to visit your site because logistical issues can be an amazing hurdle that we’d like to prevent. Digital images can also be helpful.

4. Menu/Budget    What's your desired Menu?   Do you  have a set budget? Does that budget include rentals, service and taxes? Since AngelFood tries to accommodate your perfect party vision with your budget, we may need a few days to build the quote.

5. Proposal:  Angelfood provides one menu plus minor revisions for your party before a deposit is made. We will forward the menu and contract to you. You’ll have approximately 7 days to review the menu. Further menu revisions will only be provided with a signed client contract and deposit.  Should you require further menu revisions but are not comfortable signing a contract, a menu development fee will apply.

NO DATES ARE HELD UNTIL A CONTRACT AND DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED BY ANGELFOOD.
