Catering Policies
Your catering contract will spell out all the details regarding your particular party, but here are some important points to consider.
Children and Guests must be controlled. Pets are not allowed in our zone.
A food preparation and serving area is a hazardous place and off limits to children, pets and sometimes unruly guests. There are hot pots and pans, boiling liquids and sharp knives. We have a strict, timed plan in place that keeps our staff hopping. NO commercial kitchen allows furry friends in the preparation area and we strictly follow food sanitation rules. AngelFood cannot risk a trip to the emergency room (or mashed puppies).
Angelfood reserves the right to inspect the site prior to contract finalization. Logistical issues can be a major hurdle. If scheduling conflicts (on the part of either party), distance or short notice precludes a site inspection, AngelFood reserves the right to add staffing and additional charges to an event which will then be payable at the end of the event.
Proposals: Angelfood provides one menu plus minor revisions for your party before a booking fee is made by you. We will forward the menu and contract to you. You’ll have approximately 7 days to review the menu. Further menu revisions will only be provided with a signed client contract and deposit. Should you require further menu revisions but are not comfortable signing a contract, a menu development fee will apply.
Canceled Parties: AngelFood does not offer refunds for parties canceled by host due to personal reasons or inclement weather. On occasion part of the booking fee can be put towards a party in the future but when a party is contracted with a booking fee, AngelFood and their hired staff take your date off the calendar to any other income-producing event.
